I will live glad to help you with the issue you take over with the computer. I understand the foiling when things get into't work the way it should.
New Windows 10 apps have permission to run in the scop so they can update their live tiles, fetch new data, and receive notifications:

What it not yet clear to me i the tailing: If I MBD in the Lock CRT screen Apps, for good example the Lync app, every time I restart the PC I have that app running so I receive the notifications and I make my front visible ... or I have to run it? I poster, for case, that in Windows 10 Mobile I have to run once (every time I resume the smartphone apps wish SquadWatch or Simple Latitude) to have they work in background and in that case see the position of that earphone from another phone.

Thank you for the response.
Startup items are the apps, shortcuts, folders, drivers , etc... that are set to run or open automatically at startup when a user signs in to Windows. Startup items can cost added away either the programs or drivers installed, or manually by you.
To Enable or Disable Startup Items in Task Manager
1. Open Task Manager into the More details view, and come home/tap on the Inauguration tab.
2. To Enable a Startup Item
A) Click/tap on a disabled startup token, and click/intercept on the Enable button.
Bank bill: If the Enable clit is grayed outgoing, and then it means that you must be signed in as an administrator to be able to.
3. To Disable a Startup Item
A) Click/tap happening a enabled startup item, and click/strike on the Disable button.
NOTE: If the Disable button is grayed out, then it means that you must be signed in as an decision maker to be able-bodied to.
4. When finished, you can close Task Coach.
